Pepes of Goldfish with Flavor Slices

Materials:

* 500 grams of gold fish, cleaned

* 1 bunch basil

* 2 stalk Serai, a bruise on the right

* 2 pieces of bay

* 10 whole fruit chili sauce

* 2 tsp salt

* 2 tbs cooking oil

* Banana leaf to conceal


Flavor slices:

* 1 tomatoes

* 10 grains of red onion

* 2 cloves garlic

* 2 pieces red chili


How to create:

* Mix ingredients with a gold fish, basil, Serai, bay.

* Add chili sauce, cooking oil, and salt.

* Wrapped in banana leaves.

* Steam on a small fire for 5 minutes so that the bones and soft spices permeate.
