How to Make Kerak Telur Betawi:
Heat a frying eggs until crust is hot enough.
Enter one tablespoon vegetable sticky rice that has been soaked with the water (approximately 50 grams), cover and cook approximately 2 – 3 minutes.
Open the cover, then give 2 eggs, 2 tbsp fried onion, 2 tbsp serundeng, 2 tbsp Ebi, 2 cayenne, 1 tsp salt, 1 / 2 tsp pepper powder and 1 / 2 tsp sugar, mixed flat.
