Material obese of sunda:
* 1 kg of beef (thigh)
* 500 ml coconut milk (approximately)
Blend:
* 7 pcs onion
* 3 cloves garlic
* 1 / 2 tbsp coriander
* 3 cm galangal, chopped
* 1 1/2-2 tablespoons brown sugar
* 1 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
* 1 stalk lemon grass, crushed
* 1 lbr daun salam ( bay leaves )
How to make obese of sunda:
* Boil the meat with enough water until the water seeped out and the meat is tender.
* Slice the meat in the direction of fibers with a thickness of 1 cm kurleb.
* Then crushed (slowly) until the meat is widened.
* Boil coconut milk with spices while stirred so as not to break.
* Add sliced meat, cook over low heat until milk is absorbed out, lift.
* Fry meat in hot oil until cooked, remove and drain.
* Sprinkle with fried onions.
* Serve with vegetables and sambal tamarind paste.
Note:
* Add salt and brown sugar to taste.
* Obese of Sunda usually slightly sweet taste.
Tips to make obese sunda:
* Select meat bag. thigh / fiber gandik propertied non-violent, so the meat crumbly.
* When fried, the meat bag is also non-browning too quickly.
* When slicing the meat should be the direction of meat fibers.
* If possible, when cooked with coconut milk, let sit overnight so the meat really absorbs the seasonings..
